One-on-One Coaching
We work with leaders one-on-one to dig deeper. Our confidential coaching sessions are an opportunity for clients to workshop real-life challenges as they occur in their day-to-day work. Lead, Direct, Coach: Management Training Series
We bring leaders, managers, or individual contributors together virtually in small peer cohorts to learn and practice critical leadership skills like setting expectations and delegating, holding people accountable and coaching to success, giving feedback, building trust, and establishing a culture of high performance. Our interactive, discussion-based sessions are designed to capture and hold the attention of people working in fast-paced, high stakes environments while still fostering maximum engagement and in-depth learning.

Assessments
As trained CliftonStrengths coaches, we work with clients to better understand their natural strengths and how to leverage those strengths for maximum success and fulfillment. Through the CliftonStrengths self assessment and coaching, we explore how a client’s strengths support their work and impact others, and what might be preventing them from leveraging those strengths to succeed. In addition to individual assessments and coaching, we also provide group strengths workshops to enable teams to capitalize on their members’ strengths to work together effectively.
In addition to self assessments, we also provide 360 assessments that incorporate feedback from managers, peers, and direct reports to develop managers’ self awareness and improve performance.
