Jules Amin has been organizing, developing programs, and mentoring campaign staff for over ten years, most recently as the Iowa Organizing Director for Elizabeth Warren's presidential campaign. She has worked on competitive programs in a variety of challenging environments from statewide coordinated campaigns to special congressional elections to presidential primaries. She completed Teleos Leadership Institute’s Coach Development Program, received her coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation, and is a Gallup certified Strengths Coach. Jules cares deeply about investing in staff development, making every organization she's a part of more inclusive and equitable, and centering the people we're fighting for in her decision-making as a program and team leader.

Sara brings real world management expertise to her consulting and coaching. Sara stepped away from consulting and coaching to spend nearly a decade in the world of politics. During her years in politics, she worked on the Hillary Clinton campaign, the Pete Buttigieg caucus campaign, and ran the organizing program for the Biden campaign in Pennsylvania. During her time on campaigns, Sara’s skill at high performance coaching, team effectiveness, and management development had her in high demand. Sara completed Newfield Network’s coaching program, received her coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation, and is a Gallup certified Strengths Coach. Beyond training or knowledge, Sara knows that what makes a difference is performance, effectiveness, and growth. Sara loves blending her two passions: exceptional performance and Democratic campaigns.
